Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped 6-10 working days from the date the order is received. Many ship even earlier. Peak season orders may take a little longer. We ship UPS Ground in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. Arrangements can be made to upgrade standard service to express delivery times. Please call us or email us if you need to make this arrangement and we can give you a price for the additional service. Sales Tax
There will be a 6% sales tax added to Pennsylvania customers.
Warranties
We offer a five year manufacturers warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or material.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your top for any reason, simply return it. Our conditions are that it must be sent back in the original packaging and in the original condition. This return policy applies to items that are ordered in original materials and colors. This does not apply to special orders. Please call us if you are not sure whether you have a special order.
Store Hours
The Auto Top Shop website is available to browse, shop, and make purchases, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our phone help is available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm est.
Miscellaneous
In the event that there is a mistake regarding a listed item at an incorrect price The Auto Top Shop LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged. The Auto Top Shop will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price if a charge has already been made for an incorrect price. All of these terms and conditions are applicable to you when you access this website. Prices are subject to change at any time.
